Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to maintain a balanced work-life while managing a manageable caseload. As a member of the outpatient team, you will collaborate with other therapists, support staff, and administrative personnel using modern teletherapy tools and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans based on clients’ unique needs and mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various demographics, including individuals, families, couples, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies in your practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to clients' specific situations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay updated on emerging mental health trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients who have limited access to mental health services. This includes individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders, as well as families in crisis. We prioritize providing respectful and empathetic care, ensuring our clients feel understood and supported every step of the way.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling environment is required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse client populations, utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Thorough understanding of applicable ethical and legal standards in counseling.
\n
• Proficiency in using EMR software and other relevant technologies essential for effective patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desired.

• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration within healthcare teams.

• Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills to maintain effective communication and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
