Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ mental health needs, including their emotional, social, and behavioral challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual requirements.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate positive outcomes in student mental health.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards and organizational compliance, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and school staff, to provide a cohesive approach to student care and enhance overall educational performance.

• Conduct workshops and provide educational resources for parents, guardians, and faculty to foster a better understanding of mental health issues and reduce stigma in school environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve students in K-12 educational settings, ranging from those facing anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 105,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonuses.
