Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually . Full-time counselors will have the opportunity to qualify for a healthcare stipend after meeting specific requirements. Newly approved counselors will also receive a sign-on bonus upon acceptance of their first client. Additionally, we offer flexible part-time options, which can be discussed with our recruiter.
