Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Create tailored, client-centered treatment plans based on individual goals and preferences, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and support.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that supports the holistic needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
