Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely remotely, allowing you to manage your schedule and work-life balance effectively. While the position primarily involves guiding clients through virtual consultations, you'll also have cases that may require occasional in-person visits depending on client circumstances. The full-time schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some potential for evening and weekend work to accommodate client needs. Flexibility and availability for on-call situations are essential as crises may arise unexpectedly.

Key Responsibilities\n
