Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their specific goals, functional limitations, and needs related to orthopedic conditions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Facilitate activities that promote rehabilitation, including targeted exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Advocate for non-pharmacological interventions, reducing dependence on medications and guiding patients toward healthy lifestyle choices.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring transparent communication and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care tailored to patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive strategies to enhance long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The orthopedic outpatient center caters primarily to individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• An exemplary professional record without any history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in the latest therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
