Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients through assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive, respectful, and collaborative teamwork ambiance.

• Conduct thorough and developmentally appropriate screenings for mental health issues, while also coordinating more intensive assessments as necessary.

• Develop integrated care plans that promote access to necessary linked services and facilitate communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, swiftly addressing emergencies and providing immediate support to clients in need.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes to comply with organizational standards and ensure quality care delivery.

• Monitor client progression throughout treatment, including admissions, ongoing assessments, and discharge planning.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the agency by participating in committee meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call support as needed during and after regular program hours to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
