Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Rebuilding Lives Psychotherapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing both individual and couples therapy, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and improving relationships.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, needs, and treatment goals.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Working with families to address complexities such as grief, divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stress.

• Using evidence-based practices to support clients struggling with various challenges, including emotional distress, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Regularly evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly for optimal outcomes.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults. You will address various issues, including but not limited to:

• Adjustment challenges related to separation and divorce

• Blended family issues and remarriage

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ life experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
