Executive Assistant (Hospitality)

Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Hospitality) Compensation: $20 – $25/hour Location: Nassau County, NY Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Hospitality) in Nassau County, NY for our client, supporting administrative operations, scheduling, and client coordination within a fast‑paced events environment. This role works closely with leadership to manage communications, organize daily activities, and assist with event logistics. The position offers strong growth potential for a polished and detail‑oriented professional. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage emails, calls, and day‑to‑day correspondence for leadership. Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across internal and external stakeholders. Client Communication: Interact with clients and vendors to support event planning and execution. Event Coordination: Assist with logistics, timelines, and operational support for events. Document Preparation: Create and maintain documents, proposals, and basic reports. Office Organization: Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior administrative or executive assistant experience required. Industry Knowledge: Experience in hospitality, catering, or events preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software required. Skills & Attributes: Strong organization, communication, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
