Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult with medical center staff on a diverse array of patient care issues, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to therapy.

• Provide individual psychotherapy, marriage, and family therapy services tailored to the unique dynamics and challenges faced by your clients.

• Facilitate referrals to group therapy, psychiatric medication management, psychological testing, and substance abuse services as required.

• Conduct crisis management effectively, providing immediate support and intervention to clients in need.

• Maintain organization and follow-up in accordance with the department’s no-show policy, ensuring that every client has access to necessary care.

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery within the mental health track.

• Actively contribute to team meetings and can be appointed to serve on mental health committees or task forces, representing the company professionally in community events.

• Handle non-patient care responsibilities, which may include administrative tasks pertinent to program management.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline is highly preferable.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
