Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving a diverse population, including individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant groups. Your ability to connect with patients from different walks of life is crucial, as you will be responsible for delivering mental health services that honor their unique experiences and cultural narratives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural responsiveness in therapy.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive, culturally competent methods.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to retain composure and effectiveness in challenging situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Proficiency in managing electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong grasp of relevant software applications.

• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining appropriate boundaries in the therapist-client relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
