Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized diagnostic tools to evaluate mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual psychotherapy, employing evidence-based interventions to address varying mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Create, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and adjusting interventions based on client progress.

• Respond to clients in crisis situations, employing immediate assessment techniques and coordinating with emergency services when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional training to remain abreast of evolving mental health practices and compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
