Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal client engagement and outcomes.

• Coordinate care seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support and improve client experiences.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in acute distress, and ensuring they receive appropriate support during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to raise awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
