Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from your own home while maintaining a strong connection with our clinical team and clients through advanced telehealth technologies. This position operates primarily during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, creating a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs, with ongoing evaluations to ensure efficacy and relevance.

• Collaborate with a remote multidisciplinary team, including nurses and medical staff, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients and their families.

• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records compliant with state and federal regulations, enabling continuity of care and proper documentation of treatment progress.

This role primarily serves patients within a hospice care context, focusing on individuals with terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary between $70,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
