This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients across various backgrounds and experiences. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, ensuring that therapy modalities are adapted to meet the unique needs and treatment goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing techniques that promote safety and stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
