As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Well Path, you will work remotely, providing therapy sessions through a state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand patients’ needs, collecting relevant history and addressing their mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to provide holistic care tailored to each client's situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and additional training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients benefit from a variety of therapy modalities tailored to their unique circumstances, with a strong focus on personal empowerment and resilience building.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices in mental health.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with diverse client groups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new members to our team.
