Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs, conducting comprehensive assessments to form effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community engagement and support among clients dealing with similar challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Yearly salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with caseload availability and prior experience.
