Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns related to hospice care, including anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the specific needs of each patient.

• Provide therapeutic services utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n
