Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing our telehealth platform, providing individualized care to clients.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our secure electronic health system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in providing the care and support they need. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and techniques, enabling effective online counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empathic Springs Psychological Institute offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
