Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative duties that support our mission of delivering comprehensive care. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that individual needs and backgrounds are respected.

• Providing individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address specific needs identified during assessments.
\n
• Completing necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, while adhering to specified timeframes.
\n
• Developing crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans tailored to each patient to support their ongoing stability and recovery.
\n
• Creating effective discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions back into the community or refer to appropriate services.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with federal and state laws, regulatory regulations, and Inspire Wellness policies at all times.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and continuing education to enhance your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participating actively in case consultations and agency meetings to advocate for the needs of your clients and the efficacy of our services.

• Completing all licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain your qualifications and stay informed about industry standards.

Qualifications\n

• You hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.

• You are a licensed mental health therapist in the state of Illinois, holding an LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW designation.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient mental health services, is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and tailor therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for timely documentation and billing processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
