Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Performing comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Conducting initial evaluations and triaging care based on assessed needs while ensuring timely follow-ups and referrals as necessary.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams through consistent documentation, case conferences, and patient rounds to optimize patient outcomes.

• Employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients through their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n
