Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships

Baltimore Outreach Services is seeking an accomplished fundraising leader to help shape the future of one of Baltimore's leading organizations serving women and children experiencing homelessness. Reporting to the Executive Director, this executive leadership position will lead all fundraising and external engagement efforts, including major gifts, foundation and corporate partnerships, grant development, annual giving, sponsorships, board engagement, and donor stewardship. As BOS enters an exciting period of growth following the successful reopening of its shelter, we're looking for a strategic relationship-builder who can expand philanthropic support, cultivate transformational partnerships, and increase community investment in our mission.
