Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and understand patient mental health status and formulate personalized treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Utilize established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to diagnose, when necessary, and monitor the effectiveness of mental health services.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and comply with regulatory requirements concerning documentation, ensuring that all client data is current and accurately entered using the latest technology.

• Collaborate closely with patients to collaboratively develop treatment objectives that align with their individual goals and cultural needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Provide continuous support and interventions based on ongoing assessments to foster patient progress and stability.
\n
• Connect patients with additional referral services and resources, acting as a liaison between individuals and other therapeutic professionals.

• Engage in educational initiatives by mentoring students and interns to cultivate the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Participate actively in clinical peer review, offering insights and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and patient care methodologies.

Qualifications\n
