Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health status and create individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize recognized diagnostic tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of treatment interventions.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans and strategies to ensure they align with patient progress and emerging needs.

• Maintain meticulous records of treatment sessions, progress notes, and other essential documentation utilizing current healthcare technologies to comply with regulatory and departmental standards.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to design effective treatment plans that focus on achievable outcomes and integrate culturally sensitive practices.

• Facilitate referrals and link patients with appropriate treatment providers and community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for their mental health journey.

• Act as a mentor and educator for students, interns, and new team members, sharing knowledge and fostering an environment of collaborative learning.

• Under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, engage in peer review activities, clinical audits, and team training initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and patient care standards.

Your primary focus will be serving individuals and families impacted by cancer, offering emotional support, counseling, and therapeutic interventions designed to address the complexities of living with a serious illness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
