Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health and functional capabilities, developing tailored therapy plans based on individual needs.
• Implement advanced rehabilitative techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, to optimize patient recovery.
• Document patient progress diligently and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Guide patients through their recovery journeys, providing support and education about their conditions to empower them in the healing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, including communicating with primary care physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with rehabilitation advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.

• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, specifically with a home care focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong dedication to patient care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging between $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
