Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Blooming Minds, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state license as a LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster the therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for building trust.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) may be particularly well-suited for this role. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive compensation within the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
