This remote position focuses on providing essential early intervention services to children in a school setting, empowering families, and fostering the development of young children facing various developmental challenges.

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while serving children and families across San Francisco, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children in our care.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to meet each child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes as an active member of our interdisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with the objectives set forth in the IFSP.
\n
• Engage in family support by providing guidance, resources, and emotional assistance to enhance child development and parent-child interaction.
\n
• Administer evidence-based practices in various environments, utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster skill development.
\n
• Build strong rapport with children and their families to promote a nurturing and positive learning environment.
\n
• Adapt services to meet diverse learning styles and individual treatment plans, implementing strategies that respect family priorities and concerns.
\n
• Provide training and information to families on enhancing their child’s development, utilizing the coaching model for natural environment teaching.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations governing social work and child welfare services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children under three years of age experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will collaborate with families and caregivers to provide interventions that promote their child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill development. This vital role directly contributes to improving outcomes in early childhood development for our youngest clients, making a significant impact on their future.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred to facilitate travel for home visitations as needed.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
