Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices that promote healing and growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific objectives, mental health concerns, and cultural backgrounds, regularly updating plans based on progress or changing needs.

• Provide ongoing support and motivational guidance to clients, equipping them with effective coping strategies to address emotional and mental challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care and improved client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to state regulations and professional standards while utilizing electric health record systems.

• Stay informed of the latest trends, techniques, and research in the field of counseling to continually enhance service delivery and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, and more. The clients you work with will come from various backgrounds, making cultural competency and empathy paramount. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A valid, current state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• At least two years of professional experience in providing counseling services in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and adhere to ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
