Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, actively developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, ensuring each approach aligns with the client’s specific challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, monitor progress regularly, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services for clients preferring virtual interactions, addressing any accessibility concerns while maintaining high-quality care.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards in practice.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and training to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for a variety of personal and situational struggles, and your role will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery and stabilization through compassionate care and informed therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills critical for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong empathetic outlook, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach to client interactions and experiences.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities, essential for managing a diverse caseload and associated documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
