Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to ensure effective interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support, facilitating the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress meticulously and timely, adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client care.

• Serve as an advocate and coordinator for clients, liaising with various state agencies and community partners to facilitate access to essential resources.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including attending conferences and training sessions relevant to mental health practices.

• Promote the mission and values of Scriptmed through community outreach and relationship building with local agencies, aiming for sustainable partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with clinical objectives and patient care needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and those recovering from brain injuries. You will be crucial in guiding these individuals toward recovery, fostering their emotional resilience, and promoting life skills necessary for independence and community involvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by the state board is required.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability of maintaining detailed clinical records and preparing diagnostic reports.

• Ability to work cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent clinical decisions based on best practices and ethical considerations.
