Administrative Specialist

Position Title: Operations Administrative Specialist / Development & Compliance Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months+ Contract Job Summary Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to provide operational and administrative support to the Community Health & Records Services Division. The role requires managing multiple priorities, coordinating projects, maintaining records, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to division leadership Coordinate projects, meetings, and departmental activities Maintain records, documentation, and inventory tracking Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence Perform data entry and maintain databases Support process improvement and compliance initiatives Manage competing priorities and deadlines Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications effectively Travel between Maricopa County clinic locations as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with: Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Web-based applications Data entry and inventory management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr TPI Global Solutions
