Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is fundamentally patient-centered, focusing on individuals from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants. As a therapist, you will utilize your cultural awareness to ensure that every patient feels understood, respected, and valued throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, complemented by a commitment to providing culturally competent care.
