Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct safety assessments, identifying and addressing any potentially harmful situations for students within the school setting.

• Provide education and training for school staff on mental health topics and strategies to support at-risk students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on students within the school system who may exhibit symptoms ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe behavioral disorders. You will work closely with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, many of whom reside in underserved environments, requiring a compassionate and culturally competent approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
