Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients based on comprehensive evaluations and assessments, ensuring that each individual receives the most appropriate and effective treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to a variety of client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing diverse mental health conditions.

• Implement diverse and adaptive therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to best meet the needs of your clients.

• Participate actively in collaborative teamwork with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and discussing client progress to enhance the overall treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the protection of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional learning through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who face barriers to accessing mental health care. Our client population often includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is required.
