Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Maintain relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills in managing a high caseload.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to uphold your licensure and enhance therapeutic competencies.

• Document and communicate patient progress utilizing our EMR systems, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect clients' needs.

• Participate actively in required team meetings and case reviews to facilitate a collaborative approach to client care.

• Provide guidance and information on financial or social resources applicable to clients' specific circumstances.

• Adhere to ethical codes and privacy regulations in accordance with best practices in mental health care.

• Follow all organizational policies and protocols, ensuring compliance and consistency in service delivery.

• Maintain a valid Oregon Driver's License to facilitate potential in-person client visits or community outreach as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
