Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying patients' specific needs and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and providing invaluable resources for mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that may aid in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong grasp of evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practices.

• Proven ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and general computer applications relevant to clinical documentation and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
