Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, accurately formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish personalized treatment plans catered to their unique contexts.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy, implementing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's goals and challenges.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring safety and offering resources for resolution.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records—managing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results—while complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about prevalent mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our patient population reflects the community served by Hopedale Psychotherapy Services. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
