Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and sensitive assessments to gauge clients' mental health issues, creating individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses and best practices.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in need, providing immediate support during acute mental episodes while ensuring their safety.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) and a valid license to practice in Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
