Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote effective coping strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring that each session is aligned with the client’s goals and progress.

• Document client interactions consistently and accurately to uphold ethical practices while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
