Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to diagnose their mental health conditions using established tools such as the DSM-5.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the unique cultural and personal needs of each patient.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions to facilitate positive patient outcomes, continually monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of treatment records, following all regulatory and departmental guidelines using current digital technologies.

• Collaborating with patients and families to establish clear goals for treatment, navigating challenges, and ensuring safe and effective care.

• Coordinating referrals and acting as a liaison between patients and relevant treatment providers, fostering effective working relationships with various clinicians and outside agencies.

• Providing mentorship and educational support to interns, students, and volunteers, as well as engaging in clinical supervision activities to enhance team member development.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
