What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with K-8th grade students in a classroom or resource capacity
• Commitment to creating individualized learning plans and maintaining compliance with IEPs
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Bilingual abilities strongly preferred but not required
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Your Role:

• Deliver direct instruction and/or resource support to students with special needs across K-8
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal student growth
• Modify curriculum and adapt teaching strategies based on student assessment data and learning styles
• Participate in team meetings, develop IEPs, and provide regular progress updates
• Maintain accurate documentation related to student goals and services
