Work Environment

This position requires an onsite work setting, as you will be visiting patients in their homes across the Centreville area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environments, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including exercise regimens, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatment responses and adjust plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Guide and instruct patients, caregivers, and family members on effective use of assistive devices and modalities for self-care and mobility.
• Provide education on rehabilitation techniques and strategies to promote ongoing wellness, ensuring patients and families are engaged in the recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
