Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and challenges, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that align with individual rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document all patient treatments meticulously, tracking progress, responses to therapy, and amending treatment goals based on individual patient needs.
• Adapt treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their support systems on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and home care strategies to promote adherence and independence.
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuous education and participation in physical therapy seminars and workshops.

Compensation and Benefits
