Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Calibre Ortho Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and directing physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on preventing disability, alleviating pain, and enhancing muscle function.
• Supervising physical therapy assistants to guarantee the effective execution of care plans and providing mentorship and guidance as required.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of client capabilities through diagnostic assessments and tests related to muscle, nerve, joint, and overall functional abilities.
• Examining the home environment for rehabilitation opportunities and recommending modifications to foster greater client independence.
• Delivering prescribed physical therapy services in-home, inclusive of therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Administering various treatments, including manual therapy, traction, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, while educating clients and their families on exercise regimens and device usage.
• Updating and participating in the development of care plans, observing and reporting changes in client conditions to the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring clinical documentation is meticulously completed.
• Engaging actively in case conferences with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and enhance treatment plans continuously.
• Providing timely and accurate clinical treatment documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Completing additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned to help achieve the company's mission of excellence in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
