Work Environment

You will work onsite in our outpatient facility, which features state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and equipment designed for optimal patient recovery. Our office promotes a collaborative atmosphere that encourages communication and teamwork among medical professionals. With a regular Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will enjoy a consistent routine that allows for balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying their unique goals and needs.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized care plans that utilize various evidence-based treatment techniques to promote optimal recovery.
• Perform therapeutic interventions that focus on improving patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Create and lead fitness and wellness programs that support clients in their journey towards better health.
• Provide motivating support to patients during their treatments, using encouragement and feedback to inspire their progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of each patient's rehabilitation.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and successful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including, but not limited to, sports injuries, joint replacement surgeries, and post-operative rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of individuals ranging from athletes to older adults.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, specifically working with patients who have musculoskeletal injuries, is essential.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting thorough patient assessments and delivering targeted treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using rehabilitation modalities, exercise therapy, and manual therapy techniques.
• Background in developing and implementing wellness programs or workshops focused on health promotion.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
