Work Environment

The position of Dermatology Physician Assistant is primarily onsite at our facility in Henderson, Nevada, a vibrant location that offers a beautiful backdrop for both work and leisure. Key Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of your licensure under the supervision of a board-certified physician to deliver patient care effectively.
• Independently manage patient appointments, with the ability to recognize when to consult with your supervising physician.
• Comfortably handle a patient load of 30 or more daily, ensuring thorough documentation in our electronic health record system (EMA).
• Provide guidance and support to clinic staff, fostering a team-oriented environment aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Assist in cosmetic and surgical dermatology procedures as per your training and patient interests.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve an outpatient clientele, with a diverse range of skin conditions spanning different age groups and demographics. Our focus is on providing individualized patient care, addressing both medical and cosmetic dermatological needs. By understanding clinical dermatology and aesthetic services, you will be well-equipped to educate and support our patients through their skin health journeys.

Qualifications

• Active board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• State licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in Nevada.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Exceptional customer service skills combined with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
