Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to patients, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Effectively communicate with physicians and healthcare team members to relay patient progress, address any concerns, and coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and legal requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during difficult situations, including thorough assessments and treatment plans for emotional and behavioral issues.

• Engage with clients’ family members and support systems to facilitate treatment planning and discharge strategies, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
