Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring accurate understanding of their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s specific circumstances and goals, navigating various therapeutic modalities to achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, including the completion of billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to promote stability and long-term recovery for clients facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Create customized discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from therapy and ensure continued support outside of the therapeutic environment.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, NEHS policies, and ethical standards to safeguard client welfare and professional integrity.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities, ensuring the development of current skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to continuously improve care strategies and collaborate on complex cases.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to stay compliant and informed in the evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to achieve licensing.

• Licensure: Valid licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Pennsylvania is mandatory. Ideal candidates will have a clear understanding of the state’s legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with licensure and experience. Additional benefits include:
