Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessments.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring they align with clients' specific goals and needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

• Deliver couples therapy to enhance interpersonal communication, resolve conflicts, and foster relationship strengthening.

• Regularly review treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories to support continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed, creating a holistic care approach that includes other health providers.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Texas.

• Proficient in completing client assessments and treatment documentation in a timely manner.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for utilizing electronic health record systems.
