Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert remote counseling to clients through an innovative 8-week evidence-based program focused on skill-building and sustainable habit development.

• Monitor participant progress closely, offering tailored feedback and adjustments to care plans as needed while ensuring comprehensive documentation of all sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, navigating logistical barriers for participants, such as facilitating access to essential resources and completing necessary consent forms.

• Proactively identify high-risk behaviors and safety concerns among clients, acting quickly and professionally according to established guidelines and procedures.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings, team collaborations, and organizational Town Halls to enhance professional knowledge and share best practices.

• Uphold confidentiality at the highest level, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and participating in ongoing compliance training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed counselor at Inland Therapeutic Medical Group, INC, you will engage with adult participants committed to improving their mental health. The four primary treatment approaches you will utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies, all tailored to meet the individual needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in California.

• Availability to maintain a consistent appointment schedule to foster continuing engagement with clients.

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy with demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices.
